Wilmington – The Delaware State Police are investigating a serious crash involving a pedestrian that occurred at approximately 9:51 p.m., Sunday, April 14, 2019, on Kirkwood Hwy., in the area of Duncan Rd.

The initial investigation has determined that a 2015 Honda Civic, operated by a 24-year-old Wilmington man was traveling eastbound on Kirkwood Hwy., in the turn lane, intending to make a left turn onto Duncan Road.
