Four People Shot In Wilmington On Saturday, Police Release Some Details

Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 5:37 p.m. at the intersection of 27th and Tatnall Streets.

Police located four gunshot victims at the scene. A 15-year-old male, a 21-year-old female, and a 21-year-old male were transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries and were listed in stable condition. An 18-year-old male was transported in serious but stable condition.

This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.

Wilmington -Rescue crews from the Wilmington Fire Department, medics and Wilmington Police are responding to 26th and Tatnall for reports of a shooting with multiple patients.

Early reports indicate that two people are may be down and a third victim may be shot as well.

Updated reports indicate that a four victim may have been shot as well

Trooper 4 is en route to the scene as well.

Trooper 4 has been recalled.

Two patients have been transported to the trauma center. It’s believed that a third patient has been transported to an area children’s hospital.

No update on a possible 4th victim at this time.
