Rollover Crash Injures Three In Middletown Overnight

Middletown – At 12:42 this morning rescue crews from the Volunteer Hose Company of Middletown, along with Port Penn and Odessa Fire Companies, New Castle County Medics and Trooper 4 were dispatched to the 4200 block of Summit Bridge Road for a motor vehicle accident with multiple injuries.

While en route to the crash crews learned that at least one vehicle was rolled over and that Troopers were closing the road in both directions in the area of Summit Airport.

Upon arrival, crews reported that three patients were injured.

It’s believed that one of the patients was transported by air to Christiana Hospital.
