Newark – Rescue crews have responded to I-95 NB between the service center and Route 1 for a vehicle crash with injuries.
The incident was originally reported as a vehicle fire, however, upon arrival crews determined that it was an injury crash as well,
Reports from the scene indicate that the patient was rear-ended at a high rate of speed and push into traffic.
The patient is en route to the Trauma Center at Christiana Hosptial.
Troopers have closed the left three lanes of NB I-95.
