Wilmington – Just before 12:15 this afternoon rescue crews from the Elsmere and Cranston Heights Companies along with NCC medics and Trooper 4 were dispatched to Kirkwood highway at Hawthorn Avenue for reports of a motor vehicle crash with multiple patients.
Command is reporting that three patients will be transported via ground to Christiana Hospital.
Traffic is currently restricted to one lane and the Elsmere exit off of Route141 is closed
