Wilmington Police have identified the victim in Monday nights fatal shooting.
Wilmington Police Officers investigating the killing that occurred at approximately 10:08 p.m. in the 1300 Block of Chesnut Street have identified the man as 27-year-old Andrew Burgos of New Castle.
Burgos has pronounced deceased at the scene shortly after officers and medics arrived on scene.
