Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 3:58 p.m. in the 2300 block of Washington Street.
Arriving officers found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. A 19-year-old male was transported to the hospital in critical condition and a 20-year-old male who was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
