Bear – The Delaware State Police are on scene of a serious motor vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 2:13 p.m., Thursday, April 2, 2020 on Rt. 40 (Pulaski Hwy.) at Buckley Blvd., Bear.
As a result of the crash Rt. 40 eastbound is closed at Buckley Blvd. The closure is expected to be lengthy and motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes of travel.
Early reports from the scene indicate that either a pedestrian or motorcycle was struck.
