Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 3:44 p.m. in the area of 25th and Jessup Streets.
Police located a 21-year-old male gunshot victim who was transported to the hospital and is listed in stable condition.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
