Delaware Bar Exam To Be Held At State Fairgrounds For 2020

The 2020 Delaware Bar Exam will be held at the state fairgrounds.

With a record 267 applications and concerns over COVID-19, the Delaware Board of Bar Examiners has decided to move the 2020 Delaware Bar Exam to the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington.

The Delaware Bar Examination will be administered on September 9-11, 2020.

The examination was previously scheduled to be administered on July 27 – 29, 2020, however, the Supreme Court of Delaware announced that, due to the ongoing public health emergency arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, the examination was rescheduled for September.

A message on the courts’ website said the deadline for new applications has passed:

“The final filing deadline to submit an application for the 2020 Delaware Bar Exam was May 1st and they are no longer accepting applications. If you have already filed an application for the 2020 Delaware Bar Exam, you may access it at https://www.bbede.org.”
