Update: Mill Creek Command has placed the incident under control – All visible fire knocked down – Crews remain working on scene – The family of four has been displaced and is being assisted by the Red Cross.
Firefighters from across northern New Castle County have responded to the unit block of CAVENDISH COURT (Near Thomas McMcKean HS) – Arriving crews reported smoke showing – Crews now reporting heavy fire showing from the first and second floors – Command asking for Delmarva Power – Wires about to come down.
