Three Shot In Wilmington Wednesday Afternoon, Few Details Released

Rescue crews responded to several locations in Wilmington this afternoon for reports of multiple shootings.

Wilmington Police said they are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 4:04 p.m. in the area of 8th and Pine Streets.

Police said they located three gunshot victims – a 16-year-old male, an 18-year-old male, and a 26-year-old male – who were transported to the hospital in stable condition.

Officials did not say why rescue crews responded to several different locations. It’s not clear if the three patients fled to the location where they were found.
