Weekend Closure of Exit 5/I-295 SB Ramp to Route 141 NB for Bridge Deck Work
Traffic Information: As part of the on-going Route 141, I-95 to Jay Drive project, DelDOT announces to motorists that the Exit 5/I-295 southbound ramp to Route 141 northbound will be closed. These closures are necessary to perform bridge deck construction.
Dates and Times: 8 PM on Friday, May 21 until 5 AM on Monday, May 24, pending weather.
Detour Routes:
Motorists on southbound I-295 (north of I-95) will take the ramp to southbound US 13 and then take the ramp to northbound
Route 141.
Motorists on southbound I-295 (south of the US 13 interchange) will continue southbound on I-95, take Exit 4B/Route 58/
Churchmans Road, turn right onto westbound Route 58/Churchmans Road, turn left onto southbound Route 7/Stanton
Christiana Road, take Exit 165B/I-95 northbound from Route 7, and then take Exit 5B/Route 141 northbound.
Detour signs will be posted.
