Pepper said on May 20, 2021, at approximately 5:33 p.m., a 1998 Yamaha YZF sport style motorcycle was traveling southbound on S. DuPont Highway in the right lane approaching State Fair Boulevard. A brown 2017 Buick Encore was stopped at the posted stop sign on State Fair Boulevard, preparing to cross the southbound lanes of S.
