Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at approximately 9:00 Wednesday morning in the 1200 block of West Third Street.
Police said they located a 42-year-old Salvador Torres-Vasquez, of New Castle, suffering from gunshots wounds. He was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
