The Delaware State Police have arrested 50-year-old Francho Robinson of Bear, Delaware for Vehicular Assault, DUI, and other offenses after he drove through a closed accident scene, struck a parked State Police vehicle and injured a trooper.
Officials said on March 12, 2023, at approximately 5:02 a.m., troopers responded to southbound Interstate 495 south of Philadelphia Pike in Wilmington for a collision.
