Detectives Investigate Death at Lewden Greene Park: New Castle County Division of Police Appeals for Information
The New Castle County Division of Police is currently conducting a death investigation following an incident at Lewden Greene Park near New Castle.
On the evening of Saturday, May 20, 2023, at approximately 7:34 p.m., Patrol Officers responded to a call regarding a death investigation at the Lewden Greene Park Trail. Upon their arrival, they discovered the lifeless body of a 46-year-old male individual on the ground police said Wednesday. Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Unit have taken charge of the investigation.
Police are asking the public for any information that could assist in the investigation. They are urging anyone with knowledge or details about the incident to come forward.
