Just after 8:00 Wednesday morning, the Wilmington Police Department received a call reporting that a man had been found shot in the area of 4th and Harrison.
The incident occurred just hours after three people were shot in the 700 block of East 10th Street. That shooting left one dead and two others hospitalized.
Emergency medical services also responded to the scene and transported the injured man to a trauma center. His condition is unknown at this time.
