On Wednesday morning at approximately 6:30 AM, rescue crews responded to an incident on President Drive, near Grissom Street in Dover. The call for assistance came in regarding an individual lying on the side of the road.
Upon their arrival at the scene, the rescue crews assessed the situation. Recognizing that the individual was deceased, they requested the presence of the police.
Police are currently conducting a death investigation at the location.
