Escape Warrant Issued For Smyrna Man

The Delaware Department of Correction (DOC) is looking for an inmate who failed to return to prison.

Officials said on September 14, 2023, Vincent Green left the Plummer Community Corrections Center (PCCC) in Wilmington on an approved work pass overnight and did not return. This prompted the issuance of a Warrant for Escape after Conviction.

The Plummer Community Corrections Center (PCCC) is a Level 4 facility under the management of the DOC. It is designed to help offenders transition back into the community, allowing them to leave for work, job-seeking, and approved treatment sessions.

Vincent Green is described as a black male aged 23 and is from Smyrna. He is approximately 5’07” tall, weighs around 150 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair.

Vincent Green was incarcerated for violating probation related to Burglary 2nd Degree according to officials.

Authorities are actively seeking information about Vincent Green’s whereabouts. If you have information that can help locate him you are asked to contact (800) 542-9524 or your local police department.
