Maryland Troopers Asking For Public’s Help In August Murder

Maryland State Police are actively seeking assistance from the public in a homicide investigation concerning a fatal shooting that transpired in Dorchester County in August.

The incident occurred shortly after 12:35 a.m. on August 21st. Officers from the Cambridge Police Department were dispatched to the 400 block of Henry Street in Cambridge, Maryland, following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a victim with a gunshot wound.

The victim was identified as 37-year-old Kenneth Ramcharan from Cambridge, Maryland. He was declared dead at the scene by emergency medical services personnel. Following this, the Maryland State Police homicide investigators took over as the lead investigators in the case.
