Just after 3:00 Monday afternoon, emergency response teams were dispatched to the intersection of 4th and Scott Streets in Wilmington, following reports of a shooting.
The first responders included units from the Wilmington Fire Department, St Francis, and Wilmington Police. At least one person has been shot and is currently being rushed to the trauma center.
