Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred on Wednesday at approximately 8:50 p.m., in the area of East 23rd and Jessup Streets in Wilmington.
Police located a 27-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
