Just after 4:00 Friday afternoon, emergency responders were dispatched to the 400 block of S Harrison Street in Wilmington following reports of a shooting.
Wilmington Police were already on the scene when rescue teams arrived and found a male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim has been transported to a nearby trauma center via St Francis ambulance. No further details regarding the victim’s condition or any suspects involved have been released at this time.
