Rollover Crash Sends One To Hospital In Georgetown Friday

Just after 8:10 Friday morning, emergency services responded to a crash involving a vehicle rollover with entrapment at Dupont Boulevard and Arrow Safety Road in Georgetown.

Units from Georgetown and Sussex County Paramedics were dispatched to the scene. Delaware State Police Aviation Trooper 2 was initially alerted but was later determined to not be needed.

Emergency crews worked to extract the patient, who was then transported to a nearby medical facility for further treatment. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
