Customers holding gift cards or store credits for Forever 21 are being advised to redeem them by Tuesday, as the clothing retailer moves forward with plans to close all of its remaining stores.
The company filed for bankruptcy in March and has since begun liquidation sales at its locations nationwide. As part of its wind-down process, Forever 21 has discontinued all return and exchange services.
Retail operations are scheduled to cease completely by May 1, at which point all physical store locations must be vacated. Customers are encouraged to use any outstanding balances before the Tuesday deadline, as they will no longer be honored after that date.
