Turner was released by a Maryland District Court Judge on June 22nd, 2023, on a $10,000 unsecured bond. NCIC checks prior to his release revealed that he was wanted by Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Subsequently Turner was charged as a Fugitive from Justice – Pennsylvania on June 22nd, 2023, by the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office. Turner waived extradition to Pennsylvania and a District Court Judge ordered he be picked up by Pennsylvania by June 26th, 2023, at 5:00 pm. Pennsylvania authorities were notified and forwarded copies of the court paperwork. Pennsylvania authorities failed to pick up Turner by the Court ordered time and he was subsequently released from custody on June 26th, 2023, after time expired.

Turner once again waived extradition to Pennsylvania and a District Court Judge ordered he be picked up by Pennsylvania by May 17th, 2024, by 8:00 pm.
