A motor vehicle accident occurred in Newark late Friday night, resulting in one person being transported to the hospital.
Just after 11:00 p.m. on May 23, 2025, rescue crews responded to the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Glasgow Avenue for a reported crash. Upon arrival, emergency personnel discovered a vehicle that had collided with a utility pole.
A woman in her 40s was evaluated at the scene and transported by ambulance to Christiana Hospital for treatment.
