Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting that left a 39-year-old man injured Tuesday night.
Police responded to the 800 block of West 7th Street at approximately 9:18 p.m., where officers located the man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
The shooting remains under investigation. Police said additional details will be released as they become available.
