Middletown – At around 8:30 a.m. this morning members of the Volunteer Hose Company of Middletown, along with fire crews from around New Castle County and Chesapeake City, MD. responded to 700 block of Victoria Drive, across from Summit Airport, for a report of a home on fire.
Fire crews worked extensively inside the home but no fire damage to the exterior was observed. No injuries were evident.
New Castle County Paramedics were also on scene.
