Woman, Three Children Home When Gunfire Rings Out, Home Struck

Magnolia- The Delaware State Police are investigating a shots fired incident that occurred last evening, according to Public Information Officer, Master Corporal Melissa Jaffe.

Jaffe said the incident occurred on June 21, 2020, at approximately 8:14 p.m., when Troopers responded to a residence in the 800 block of Millchop Lane, Magnolia, in reference to a shots fired complaint. Upon arrival, it was learned that four occupants were in the residence, a 44-year-old female and three juveniles, who were all seated in the living room when a loud noise was heard. Further discovery revealed that the front window of the residence had been struck by a bullet. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.

There is no suspect information at this time.
