Wilmington’s 100th Police Graduation Ceremony Airs Tomorrow At 11:00

The Wilmington Police Department is preparing to celebrate the graduation of the 100th Wilmington Police Academy.

A formal graduation ceremony will be held on Friday, April 30 at 11 a.m. at the Chase Center on the Riverfront, and the 19 members of the recruit class will begin their assignments in the Uniformed Services Division on Monday.

While attendance at this ceremony is limited to a small number of invitees to ensure adherence to public health guidance and restrictions, the ceremony will be streamed live online at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXEVtXmrnC8.
