13-Year-Old Charged With Robbery, Released On OR

Wilmington Police have arrested a juvenile moments after a robbery officials said Monday.

Authorities said on March 28 at approximately 5:51 p.m., police responded to the area of West 18th Street and Baynard Boulevard for a strong-arm robbery that had just occurred. Upon arrival, police made contact with a 13-year-old male juvenile suspect. He was taken into custody without incident.

The 13-year-old was charged with Robbery 2nd Degree, arraigned in New Castle County Family Court, and released on his own recognizance.
