Police are investigating a shooting in Claymont that reportedly left a young man hospitalized.
Just before 10:15, Wednesday evening police responded to the area of W Brandywine Ave. and Commonwealth Ave. for reports of a shooting.
Reports from the scene indicate that one person was transported to the trauma center suffering from injuries sustained in the shooting.
