Officials are currently on scene investigation a crash that occurred in Milford before 3:00 on Sunday.
At approximately 2:47 pm a serious motor vehicle collision in the area of 840 Bay Road, in front of the IG Burton car dealership, resulted in significant injuries to a woman who was subsequently transported to Bayhealth Hospital, Sussex Campus, according to initial reports.
Emergency services responded to the scene of the crash, where preliminary reports indicate that high speeds may have been a factor in the crash.
