Man Sought In Connection To Fatal Shooting Inside Home

Wilmington Police are requesting the assistance of the public to identify a person of interest in a fatal shooting.

Officials said on November 28, at approximately 9:06 p.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the 200 block of West 20th Street, in reference to a fatal shooting that occurred inside of a residence. Upon arrival, police located a 39-year-old male gunshot victim, who succumbed to his injuries.

This case was assigned to Detective Joseph Wicks of the Criminal Investigations Division. Through the course of his investigation, Officials said Detective Wicks obtained surveillance footage of a man they are calling a suspect. Police said the man is considered to be armed and dangerous.
