Happening Now: 2 Alarm Fire At Middletown Golf Course

Firefighters from New Castle County, Kent County, and Cecil County, Maryland are currently battling a commercial structure fire at 101 Back Creek Drive in Middletown.

Initial reports indicated that upon arrival, responders found a structure fully engulfed in flames, and later reported a partial collapse. The firefighting efforts are being conducted from the exterior of the building.

In response to the intensity of the blaze, Command has struck a second alarm, summoning additional resources to the scene. The situation is ongoing, with multiple units from various firefighting agencies actively working to bring the fire under control.
