Two Stabbed At Dewey Beach Restaurant

In the early hours of July 5, 2024, at approximately 1:07 AM, officers from the Dewey Beach Police Department responded to a reported stabbing at the North Beach Restaurant. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim (BM 25 of Millsboro, DE) lying on the ground with severe facial injuries, bleeding profusely. A second victim (BM 23 of Millsboro, DE) was also found at the scene, suffering from a stab wound to the shoulder.

Officers administered first aid to both victims while awaiting the arrival of the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Department and Sussex County EMS. Both victims were subsequently transported by ambulance to Beebe Medical Center, where they are reported to be in stable condition.

The Dewey Beach Police Department is actively investigating this incident.
