Just after 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, emergency crews were dispatched to a crash involving multiple vehicles on Interstate 95 northbound at Churchmans Marsh.
Personnel from the Christiana Fire Company responded to the scene alongside troopers from the Delaware State Police. Upon arrival, crews worked to assess the scene and provide aid to those involved in the collision.
At least one individual was transported by ambulance to Christiana Hospital for treatment. The extent of injuries has not been released.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the crash.
