Breeze Airways will add a third weekly nonstop flight between Salisbury and Orlando beginning April 1, expanding service on the route to three days per week. The new Wednesday flight increases travel options for passengers using Salisbury Regional Airport and reflects continued demand for service to Central Florida.
The airline currently operates nonstop flights between Salisbury and Orlando, and the added frequency is intended to provide greater flexibility for leisure, family, and business travelers on the Lower Eastern Shore. The route connects Salisbury Regional Airport with Orlando International Airport.
Lukas Johnson, chief commercial officer for Breeze Airways, said the additional flight follows strong passenger demand for the Salisbury–Orlando service and ongoing confidence in the local market. He noted that the airline’s operations at smaller regional airports offer travelers the convenience of shorter security lines and more streamlined travel experiences.
Julie Giordano, County Executive for Wicomico County, said the expanded schedule underscores the airport’s role in regional transportation and economic activity. She said the additional weekly flight provides residents with more travel options while supporting tourism and business connectivity across the Eastern Shore.
The expanded schedule strengthens nonstop air service between Salisbury and Central Florida, a popular destination for both leisure travel and family visits. Booking information, fares, and flight schedules are available through the airline’s website.
