Four Arrested In Drug Investigation, Search On For 5th Suspect

A two-month drug investigation in Laurel ended Friday, April 17, 2026, with the execution of a search warrant at the Little Creek Apartment Complex in Laurel.

Police said officers searched a residence in the 500 block of the complex and recovered about 2.73 grams of heroin, 1.1 grams of cocaine, 0.1 grams of crack cocaine, and a .38 caliber handgun. Investigators alleged the drugs were packaged in a manner consistent with distribution. Two juvenile children were inside the residence when the warrant was executed police said.

Deandre Glover, 33, of Laurel, was charged with multiple offenses, including felony counts of Manufacture/Deliver/Possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy, and two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child by committing a drug act. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $20,001 secured bail and was ordered to have no contact with the Little Creek Apartment Complex.

Jessica Williams, 38, of Laurel, was charged with felony drug offenses, conspiracy, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child by committing a drug act. She was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.

Ramall Martinez, 31, of Seaford, was charged with felony drug offenses, conspiracy, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child by committing a drug act. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $10,000 secured bail and was also ordered to have no contact with the apartment complex.

Vintavious Gaston, 34, of Laurel, was charged with felony drug offenses and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child by committing a drug act. He was released on $7,000 unsecured bail and was issued a no-contact order for the Little Creek Apartment Complex.

Authorities said one additional suspect remains wanted. Enoch Williams, 34, of Laurel, is being sought on charges that include possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, felony drug offenses, conspiracy, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child by committing a drug act, possession of human growth hormone without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police said Williams should be considered armed and dangerous and warned the public not to approach him. Anyone who sees him is being asked to call 911 immediately.
