Wilmington – Early today New Castle County Police received information that someone was screaming from the back of a van and may have been kidnapped, in the area of Arundel, near Dickinson High School.
A “Be On The Lookout” (BOLO) was issued as police searched for the van and just after 2:00 p.m. police found the van. Officers made contact with the operator and determined that the incident was not an attempted abduction.
Police have determined that the incident was a domestic dispute.
NCCPD is in the area of Arundel for a suspicious veh. We have NOT received any calls for a missing person. Officers are in the area.
