Wilmington Police are investigating a triple shooting that left a 22-year-old man dead and two other men wounded Tuesday night.
Police said the shooting occurred at approximately 10:50 p.m. in the area of West 7th and North Washington streets. Officers located three men suffering from gunshot wounds. A 37-year-old man and a 41-year-old man were transported to the hospital in stable condition.
The third victim, 22-year-old Jaonte Holland, was transported to the hospital in critical condition and later died from his injuries. The shooting remains under investigation.
