Two Armed Men Rob People Just Doing Their Jobs At Royal Farms

Early this morning just after 3:20 a.m., December 16, 2016, officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division responded the Royal Farms on South DuPont Blvd (US Rt 113) for reports of an armed robbery, according to Milford Police Spokesman Sgt. Robert Masten.

Masten said that the investigation revealed at approximately 3:23 am two black males entered the store, displayed handguns and demanded money. The suspects were able to obtain an undisclosed amount of money and fled the store prior to police arrival, said Masten.  The suspects fled in a white four door passenger vehicle, according to Masten.

There were no injuries reported during this incident.  Dover Police are also investigating a similar incident that is believed to possibly be related, said Masten
