Three Arrested, One Sought in Dover Robbery

Dover – The Dover Police Department arrested three men and are seeking a fourth following a robbery on North Governors Avenue on Sunday evening, according to Public Information Officer M/Cpl. Mark Hoffman.

Hoffman said that at approximately 6:40 PM, a 51-year-old male victim was in the area of North Governors Avenue and Fulton Street when he was approached by four men who demanded his money and personal belongings. The suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of cash in a gold van.

Responding officers located the van in an alley between North Governors Avenue and North Bradford Street. When officers approached, the driver, Shakur Peck, fled on foot and was not apprehended.

Officers did arrest Andre Yancy (29), Thomas Bolden (18), and Donnell Cuffee (20) for Robbery 2nd Degree and Conspiracy 2nd Degree. All three men were committed to JTVCC in default of $7,000 Secured Bond.

Shakur Peck is wanted on charges of Robbery 2nd Degree, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, and Resisting Arrest.
