Vandals Damage Seven Cars Near Main Street In Newark

Newark – On Saturday March 11, 2017 the Newark Police responded to the area of New Street and Choate Street for a report that multiple vehicles had been damaged overnight, according to Newark Police.

Sometime between 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. an unknown suspect damaged seven vehicles in the area. Six of the vehicles had their side view mirrors damaged and one vehicle had the rear windshield broken out.

Damage to all vehicles is estimated at $1,200. There are no known suspects in this case.
