Newark – At approximately 5:30 p.m. this evening, Thursday, police officers surrounded a small van in the parking lot of the 7-11 located at 202 South Main.
Witnesses at the scene said that two people were taken away by police in cuffs and a child was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
