Elkton, MD. – Maryland State Police along with rescue crews from Singerly Fire Company responded to an injury crash just over the Delaware state line at the intersection of Route 273 (Telegraph Road) and Appleton Road, last night, Tuesday June 6, 2017.
Arriving units found a single vehicle crash with an occupant trapped in the vehicle. Reports from the scene indicate that crews were unable to save the patient as he had succumbed to his injuries.
Witness at the scene said that the vehicle hit the roundabout at high speed, killing the driver.
