Wilmington – Yesterday, Sunday July 9, 2017 New Castle County police responded to the community of Highlands of Heritage Park for multiple criminal mischief reports involving tire slashing. All of the incidents happened during the overnight hours into Sunday. In total, police received six reports of tire cuttings – three from the 2600 block of Longfellow Drive and three from the 2700 block of E. Riding Dr.
