Vigil Tonight For Woman Who Died In SPCA Crash, 3 Cats To Be Remembered As Well

New Castle – The Brandywine Valley SPCA invites the public to come out tonight, Monday, July 10, to remember  33-year old mother of five, Latoya Cooper, and the three cats perished in the fire following a vehicle crash into the Brandywine Valley SPCA (BVSPCA) New Castle Campus building early Sunday morning.

The memorial event will honor the memory of Latoya Cooper and support her family, as well as to remember the three cats that perished in the fire. The vigil is open to the public to express their condolences and to lend support to those impacted by the losses.

The vigil will start at 5:30 pm at the Brandywine Valley SPCA New Castle Campus located at 600 South Street New Castle, DE 19809
